Not quite got it's act together

This has the feel of a hotel in transition. There are too many things that are not quite right about it. We were sold an upgrade on arrival, not all of which was delivered properly. There was no guide to the hotel facilities in the room and some of the areas in the room were in need of maintenance. The 'free' transfer from the airport was only available once an hour and on arrival was already fully booked so we would have had to have waited for over an hour in the arrivals terminal. Staff very friendly and much that is good, but - get the act together!

Great location

Very friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable bed and great shower. The only real negative is that the WiFi is virtually non-existent !! The hotel is handy for the airport and there is a great food court very near to the hotel.

Good for business travelers

Very pleasant . I was expecting to be closer to the Terminal also did not expect the shuttle to stop at certain hour . As a result I had to to take a Taxi and the drive was long. Otherwise all is well.

Mold city

An abundance of Mold can be found both in the bathrooms and coming through the paint. Also no hot water. Staff was inept, slow, and few in numbers. Would never stay there again.

Great overnight Stop!

Hotel chosen for one night stay before further flight. Arrived late evening, but instantly felt a good vibe from hotel staff and fellow guests on walking into the hotel. No complaints with room, comfort or cleanliness. Breakfast also offered a good selection and provided a pleasant environment to sit. Really happy with hotel choice and value, especially the free airport shuttle, which was a large part of my decision for booking the hotel. Would definitely return and recommend.

OK, but not best choice

This hotel is OK, I just think that there are better, more affordable options. The main thing is that I wanted to be able to walk to Metro, and can't do here. They do change money, though, so if I had known this before I left, would have been better experience.

Perfect if you don't want to sleep in the airport

If you are looking for a quick and easy place to overnight inbetween flights, this worked really well for me. I booked my flight out of Bali (Bali to Singapore) late in the day on Saturday and my flight back to the US (Singapore --> Tokyo --> San Francisco) early on Sunday morning. I arrived in Singapore at 10 pm Saturday night, hopped in a cab, and $17 SG and 15 minutes later, I was at the Changi Village Hotel. They checked me in efficiently and set up my 4 am wake up call and 4:30 am taxi back to the airport quickly and with no fuss. The room was reasonably clean, not very posh but for the price, it beat the heck out of sleeping in the airport. SUPER BONUS: There are some street food stalls just outside the hotel (to the right). I ate at something called the 89.7 Supper Club. Service wasn't the best but the food was AMAZING. Best prawn curry I have EVER had (and I am picky about prawn curry!).
