Policies and fees

The hotel will undergo refurbishment from 25 April 2012 until the end of September 2012. Administered in phases, the 20-week enhancement programme will cover majority of the guestrooms with light refurbishments on some of the public areas. I stayed at the Pan Pacific Orchard

I stayed at the Pan Pacific Orchard for 2 nights and 3 days and found it to be a very pleasant experience. The staff were very obliging and helpful. The convenience to Orchard road was great and you did not have to go any were else if you wanted to shop or have a bite to eat. I would definitely stay here again!

エレベータの前の部屋だったのと、非常口付近（掃除屋さんの通り

エレベータの前の部屋だったのと、非常口付近（掃除屋さんの通り道）だったので扉の開ける音がうるさかった。 夕方になっても部屋の掃除を嫌がらずやってくれた。
