Great hotel but...
For a hotel that costs so much you would expect perfection or at least close to it. Our room air con did not work. It was an uncomfortable sleep. Staff was great. Skypark was awesome.

Great experience
The room is clean,and the location is great. You could see the views of Marina Bay by the windows of your room. And the most important is the Skypark on 57 floor,the swimming pool experience was excellent

Absolutely Amazing!
This hotel was a big splurge for us, but it was worth EVERY penny! We did not want to leave the Hotel to explore other parts of the City and would have regretted staying anywhere else. The Pool exceeded our (high) expectations. It was not too crowded, very clean and the water temperature great for lap swimming - very refreshing!!

Food and beverages in Singapore are very expensive. There is a grocery store and a food court in the attached shopping mall where you can pick up great sushi rolls and other food/drinks.

Disappointed
The hotel design is very impressive. To bad the fit and finish does not do the design justice. The Internet is terrible. The air conditioning broke almost daily. The curtains would not open. And the toilet ran all night unless you got up and giggled it every time it got used. All the budget for the building went into a beautiful exterior, so they had to go cheap on the interior fit and finish.

Suite experience
Arrived to the hotel late to check in and was upgraded to a suite on the 54th floor with an incredible Marina view. Rooftop pool and amenities are a must see. Also the casino and shops were also very high end. Great stay and highly recommended.
