A roach was found crawling on the bed. A bad experience. They should fumegate the entire hotel. This is suppose to be rated 4-star hotel.

Furama Singapore
The hotel hallway looked like someone had driven a truck down the side of the wall, the door to my room looked as though someone tried to kick it in with steel-toed boots...room was small and dingy. Parking was ample.

Dated, far from MRT etc.
Had stayed here before, along with the nearby sister hotel. This time I accidentally booked the wrong one and ended up back at the Riverfront. The rooms are dated, the facilities are nothing special but more importantly there is little in the surrounding area. On the plus side the staff are efficient and the rates are reasonable for Singapore.

Not bad
Very nice hotel lobby, staff professional, nice and quite. Rooms small and not modern, this includes an "old timer" TV. Also the hall ways could use a "face lift". The "do not disturb" sign was disregarded, as a staff member requested to access our room to make the mini bar inventory. Acceptable hotel for price and location, but not more than that.

Furama Riverfront
Good location near Clark Quay. Spent two days on business so I didn't get to use the ancilary facilities. The room, executive, was large and clean. Free internet. Breakfast buffet had a large assortment and was very good. Overall and good experience. Would use again.

Good Hotel with nice hospitality
The staff was very friendly, They upgraded me to a Club room on the 18th floor coz I had to wait for an hour to the room be cleaned. Infact I was there ahead of my check in time. So excellent service. I did not try any meals in the hotel so cannot comment on the food. otherwise I would rate it excellent and a BIG BARGAIN for the money I spent. For sure, next time I m going to stay there. :)
