Furama RiverFront Singapore
Hotel staff made this horrendous trip where I had to cancel my plans a absolute seamless experience for my guests who arrived without me. They were professional, understanding, and without regard to my precesnce made sure that everyone was taken care although I was not able to be in attendance, and made sure all billing went through me.The hotel could have been strict, and could have declined requests and been within their rights to do so, but the exemplary service will ensure that I recommend them always and I will personally make all my personal arrangements with them.[...]

I have always stayed at the holiday
I have always stayed at the holiday inn across the road from the Furama and this was my first time i have stayed at the Furama riverfront,but I can honestly say that I will only be staying at the furama riverfront from now on,everything about the hotel was first rate and the staff should be proud of the service they provide

Probably the best hotel in singapore
Probably the best hotel in singapore the staff make it like this we checked in at 6 am after a huge flight and there was no " oh check in at 2pm only" the reception simply asked us to wait 20 mins whilst they prep a room and we could relax so full marks xcellent service again can be pricey but look for deals book early and at 140 sing$ a night its not bad

I had doubts when i first booked
I had doubts when i first booked this hotel thru the site. Stepping into the hotel, greeted by friendly staff....our registration was a breeze. But what had made my day was the oh-so-cool room! I love the setup and esp. the shower! And the price that i had to pay was a steal! Great job guys! I would definitely come bck here in the future.

Top notch customer service, tons
Top notch customer service, tons of privacy and clean sheets. Bathtub is clean, mirror appears well maintain. All staffs were friendly enough to initiate a smile. I had a great rest throughout the short stay. I had recommended my friends to this hotel. Great service and room maintenance

Very nice hotel and memorable
Very nice hotel and memorable stay in this hotel. Will definately stay in this hotel again. Rooms needs some freshning up. I was not provided with the complimentary breakfast which was a turn off but other then that it was a very comforatable and relaxing hotel and a very well maintained property. Full marks.
