By Location this hotel is quite
By Location this hotel is quite strategic, because located near the city but we still need to walk to the bus station and MRT is not really in walking distance. Internet and WiFi is an option (pay if you want to use) Other than that, I should say this is quite a good hotel (Price/Room).

Very responsive staff
I was initially given a smoking room - the room also had 3 small beds and did not look comfortable. On complaining, I was immediately given a good non smoking room with King bed (Executive Club room), for no additional cost.

Nice and friendly hotel, rates to high
we got an upgrade that was nice, the standard rooms are to small for the high price. Our rooms were very nice and modern also the bathroom and it was all clean. The hairdryer is not usefull!!!! Food and drinks in the bar are much to expensiv. The location is not the best, but the taxis very cheap in Singapore and so not a big problem.

Front office service not very good. It also seems checking in with hotel vouchers is only room accomodation. newspaper, breakfast not provided.

quite possibly the best hotel
quite possibly the best hotel in Singapore it starts at the door where the door men are just the best not pushy always welcome you even if you have been out for the day you are always welcomed back the reception is excellent staff very quick and the rooms are super sometimes it gets pricey but at 140 SGD its the best that singapore has in this price range
