Pullman Dakar Teranga
It was overall good. Food was average, and bathtub kept getting backed up. Have to be careful walking out in the evenings as people "harass" you trying to shake your hand and following you attempting to either sell things or trying to get money. Otherwise, centrally located to most business houses and government offices.
