Novotel Al Anoud
I have stayed here twice now. The service is excellent and the location is ideal if you want to be right in the city center near the Kingdom Tower. Walking distance to several good restaurants and coffee shops. Breakfast buffett is very nice and reasonably priced.

Not Applicable
Most cab drivers do not know where this is as it is new. Al Mamlaka is only two blocks away and they all know where that is, and it will get you close enough to point the hotel out to them. Also, those cab drivers that did know it knew it as Al Anoud, not Novotel.
