This is very good hotel suitable for business travellers as well as families with prime location close to the city center and shopping areas, hotel enjoys the Golden Tulip International standards. RD06/08 Tall modern building brick colour with a nice landing escape surrounding it. Nassriya opposite Intercontinental hotel and 2 minutes from the Ministry of Interior.

Acceptable 'local' hotel

This is an acceptable hotel for it's price point. Don't compare it to the other hotels in Riyadh most westerners travel to, it is not luxurious but gives you a clean place where to stay. It's good value for the money, the basics are well delivered. Decent room, clean, no smells, helpful staff, basic restaurant and fitness center. Location is good if your business is in this part of town; could be far away from main area (Olaya, etc.). Not much to do around. Free internet was not speedy but acceptable.
