Bad experience
The hotel is far from Haram. You need to take the hotel bus or taxi to go to Haram for praying. The reception staff advised to leave the room at 12.00 PM although check out time was 2.00 PM !!

HORRIBLE ACCOMODATION, WORST SERVICE
The batroom was awful. There was no bath tub. The shower was just 2x2 feet and the water was all over the place. The sink was blocked and they came twice to fix it. Even I checeked in at midnight, they did not had the room ready. I had to wait for 20 minutes and almost 60 minutes for the sink to work. Next day, they did not clean the room even when I came back at 8 pm.After all, I left the room and went to another hotel AND LOST THE MONEY FOR ONE NIGHT OF STAY.THERE WAS NO AC IN THE LOBBY FOR BOTH DAYS.[...]

Pluses with negatives
Me and my friend were there only for the weekend during the second last weekend of Ramadan. We booked this hotel as it was the cheapest. Likes - The hotel is clean and well maintained. Dislikes - The staff could barely converse in english and were unfriendly. The hotel is located on a steep hill which is not visible from the pictures.

Short drive from hotel
The hotel has bus service to the Haram and it is advised to get their reception number as you can request a bus at any time if there is not one available at the gate.
