This was first trip to Samoa, the staff at the hotel treated us like family. The service was excellent, the hotel restaurant was wonderful,the food and service were beyond compare. We are planning a return trip and will definitely stay with this hotel again. We cannot imagine staying anywhere else.

The Staff were great, however
The Staff were great, however the building and facilities are starting to show thier age and are looking tired. The Room airconditioner needed attention as it would not run quitely enough to let you sleep, the ceiling fan was also noisy. Can you please do something about the dogs. Between 11.00pm and 3.30 am their barking destroyed any chance of a good nights unbroken sleep
