great room close to the beach
We stayed at Creole room which was fine. It was clean, was ACed, We had a full breakfast which was ok, great selection. The pool in the hotel was ok. The only minus is the distance to the beach. You need to walk a bit and go through other hotels to get to Reduit Beach. There is also a car park. Hotel is close to shopping malls.

Wonderful!
The staff at Coco Palm were all very kind and accommodating and addressed all issues that arose in a timely manner. The food at the the hotel restaurant, Koko Palm, was incredible, as was the live band that performed on Friday night. The pool is only 4 feet deep which was not an issue for me. It's perfect for families with kids of all ages as there is a 1 foot deep area. My 3 year old niece frequented it and had a blast. The fitness centre is nothing to rave about and had exactly what you need, minus a treadmill. This was my first time staying here but my mother and cousin have been there numerous times before and this is their number one spot to stay at while in St. Lucia. I would definitely recommend Coco Palm to anyone visting St. Lucia. It's location in Rodney Bay is ideal, close to the beach, mall, supermarkets and numerous restaurants.

Check out the waterfalls at Jalousie in Soufriere! It's well worth the long trip and much more private than the Diamond Waterfalls. May family and I had the place to ourselves and were able to bathe in the mineral waters.

Good location
Good value for the location! The staff was great, the rooms were nice, and you were within walking distance of the beach and numerous shops and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay, and were happy we saved the money as opposed to spending it to stay on one of the hotels on the beach. This one was just as nice.

Coco Palm
It was amazing. Our advisor met us the second day we were in St. Lucia, she helped us in making our trip one of a kind. She made the necessary arraingments to accomdate everything that we wanted to do while on vacation. The hotel was just awesome. The pool acess from teh room was just amazing. The hotel staff deserves a great deal of credit for making our stay memorable. I could not ask for more from a vacation. All the personel , and the island where perfect. Thank you for all that you did, you made the vacation that we have been putting off for five years, all the worth while. We cannot thank you enough for your help. God bless.

What customer service????
I traveled to St Lucia for business & found the hotel needed sprayed nightly for Mosquitos & ants. Internet was iffy. Hotel staff was somewhere between rude & nasty. For a country built on tourism this crew missed the courses on customer satisfaction. Long waits for service, even while off season. Prying the help from cell phones & soccer games was constant. I stated to my company it's a step up from a Best Western. If traveling alone be prepared to be treated like red headed step child.

Spice of India was out of this world. Big Chef great for Black Angus beef, and Memories of Hong Kong was the best Chinese food this side of China!

Good Value
Location is close to everything exciting on the island, a variety of fantastic restaurants and even budget food and groceries, mall, and activities and walking distance to beach, bars on strip may mean some extra noise in the room before 1am, especially nearer to weekend. Do the Segway tour, it is addictive, informative, and fun, also great value and the guide is excellent, driving to Soufrière is exhausting the locals are friendly and sights along the way are spectacular, you could opt for a boat ride to same, though I would say the only thing that had much value for me was the scuba diving on the way back and the lunch was not bad but not worth the price for me, skip the estate tour and opt for zipline especially if you are from the caribbean you would have already seen the plants and such.

Short walk from hotel
Hotel had no microwave or hotplate in room for reheating food, though it had a fridge, use the supermarkets to buy juice and water, walk around to find whatever food you like. Buy only as much as you can eat at a time.

Very Nice Overall
I was able to experience both sides of the hotel. For a lack of better words I will describe the two sides as the "prince" side and the "pauper" side. The prince side was awesome, beautiful and peaceful. The pauper side felt like an extremely cheap motel. It was loud, smelly and had insects. I couldn't believe that same hotel could have two totally different sides. Overall, the hotel is good. It's in a good location. Their food is great and reasonably priced. The drinks were nothing less than excellent. So overall, it was a good experience.

Hassle free holiday
I spent 4 nights at coco kreole and I enjoyed my stay. Didn't spend much of my daytime there though as my 3 days were taken up going to Castries, a wedding and then a west coast tour.Satisfied with the hotel staff who always did a good job.

Coco Palm...reluctant thumbs down
The room was supposed to sleep three....it did not. When I enquired about a bigger room they had none...and charged me each night for a cot! Each night as well as @6:00 each morning we were awakened to the sounds of the staff banging buckets and throwing trash bags full of trash in the hall (which apparently could not be accomplished during the the day when most people are gone). It is a beautiful resort...unfortunately the service is very spotty. Some people were wonderful....others had no business being in the service industry!

Short drive from hotel
Pidgeon Island is worth a visit. Great snorkeling, beautiful views and nice beaches. If you don't have a car...you can take a water taxi over from reduit beach, which is a gorgeous beach!
