Perfectly located within a short distance of shopping, cultural and historical sites and is renowned for its warm genuine hospitality and its special island style. Accommodations include 71 guest rooms with private balconies and some of the finest views in the Caribbean, choice of two restaurants, business center and WiFi throughout the hotel.
Separate Charges for: wireless Internet connection at the resort of $10 US per day & Local phone calls.
Complimentary daily shuttle to the beach each morning. Concierge desk can arrange rental cars and local tours.
Ocean Terrace Inn Rooms
- Superior suite
- The suite offers two Queen beds and has living area with full kitchenette. Room have ocean/pool view with balconies and small patios, ideal for families and groups.
- Standard room
- The room has two double beds or a king and is colorfully decorated with tropical tones.
- Superior room
- The room has one king or two Queen beds. The room is spacious with subtle warm caribbean hues and have a good ocean, pool and garden view. Bathroom includes tub/shower, hair dryer.
- Deluxe room
- The room has two Queen beds. Room is spacious with Marble bathrooms with walk in showers. All with balconies that have views of the caribbean and pools. Many amenities including bathrobes.

Restaurant features American and West Indian specialities. Open for Breakfast and Lunch daily, dinner only on select nights. Weekender Trip to the Carribbean
Quick weekend trip to explore the island and plan a bigger adventure. The OTI has a beautiful location, away from the beach, with commanding views of Basseterre and the harbor. The hotel is dated (older 60's era premium hotel, with 90's decor), but the property was clean, comfortable and very quiet. Not a nightlife hotspot, but a great value for the money. If you want premium, go to the Marriott. The OTI is a great place to come back to at night, sleep quietly and relax. I would definitely recommend it if you want a peaceful and relaxing setting.

The hotel was close enough to downtown that you could walk and Fisherman's Wharf is right in back of the hotel. The staff were very accomodating and the food in the restaurant was good and cooked just right.

Brief Trip to St. Kitts
I independently set out to discovered the island; I felt safe and the hotel staff was friendly; they eagerly provided all the help I needed....OTI a wonderful place.....

Peaceful and pleasant.
Hotel is much improved from when I stayed there years ago...The room inside was very clean and the air conditioner worked well...Very peaceful environment. Staff was helpful and friendly....I would stay there again because of the home away from home feeling...Love the Sunday Brunch a must have ..
