Eliseev (Taleon) Hotel Nightmare!
Terrible experience. Very Russian noveau riche feel. You enter from the street through a security check where they take your passport and then through a bar. The staff look genuinely surprised to see a guest. You have to ask how to get to hotel reception. They do not have an agreement with cheaptickets so tried to charge me again for the room which I had already paid through your website. All in all, definitely would not recommend to anyone.
