This place is one of those new mini-hotels. I have traveled all over the world and never seen anything like it. The place could have been a CIA hideout. It's hard to tell that there is a hotel on the 3rd floor. You can barely see the tiny sign
outside in Russian that tells you to press the code to gain entrance. You have to get buzzed into the front entrance, which is a large metal door that leads to a dark and creepy staircase. The stairway smelled like cat urine and hadn't been cleaned since the end of the Cold War. Once you get to your floor you have to press another buzzer and the clerk will let you in. We were given small rooms and I could barely fit in my bed. I wouldn't send my worst enemy to this place.
