Friendly, helpful English-speaking staff

The room was average size and comfortable and clean. The food was great in the restaurant. A 4 star breakfast only lacking ... omelets to order was provided. The bathroom was large and clean with a great shower. The best part was one of the girls at the front desk. She was very knowledgeable and helpful in getting taxis and directions. We were only a couple of blocks from the Underground that took us downtown. Good quiet location. We needed rest after traveling the Trans Siberian Railway from Beijing to Moscow August 2008.
