"Not so bad, as i thought"
Actually, when i read all reviews - i was shocked, because we had to stay at this at hotel with our business conference. But when we arrived there it was not so terrific as i suspected! Of course it was a standard russian hotel with their specific service level. But we checked in fast. Our rooms were new and comfortable ( i stayed at business-class single), and the floor where i lived was for non-smokers. Security service was too active and asked for my guest card every time when i entered the elevator hall. But it was OK for i understand that it was for our own safety. Breakfast was normal, but restaurant was too far away from our rooms. It was difficult to find for the first time. Conference hall appeared to be quite nice. It was big negotiations room with red chairs. We liked it for our conference, there was a free Wi-Fi( in the whole hotel it was free) and digital beamer was free for us during our business meeting, which was quite useful. Overall - this hotel is good for business trips, but not for leisure. Personal almost don't speak English. In spite that there were only few managers who could understand us, staff was kind and tried to help us anyway the can.

Nice Hotel!!
Good hotel, nice rooms big rooms (we lived in Suite) - we were able to fit 6 ppl comfortably each night to chat and drink, and it also had an air conditioning. Breakfast was a lovely affair with a nice European buffet. Definitely recommend the Voyage restaurant for Russian traditional cuisine. WiFi is free and fast! Also we liked a billiard club – spent there about 3 hours playing American pool with friends. This hotel is situated on the South-western part of Moscow and as we stayed there with a travel agency – they can take us fast to historical places of interest from there. We recommend to visit not only Kremlin and Red Square – but also the Tsaritsyno - The State Historical-museum and Landscape park!! It is Fascinating! Overall I would recommend this hotel for tourists who love quiet holidays with excursions and for those who like to travel!

OK Hotel, Overpriced
I stayed in this hotel during a business trip. It's not the worst I've experienced, but it's not the best either. The biggest issue I had was the unfriendly staff at the bar and restaurant near the main lobby, especially if there are a lot of customers. Even those that had limited English didn't bother me, but it was clear they don't know how to organize themselves when dealing with many customers. Despite standing right at the bar and getting their undivided attention, I once waited nearly 20 minutes to order a drink. Another issue was the security and how it could have been easily circumvented. While it's nice they're posted near the elevators so that only customers are allowed (they're also near the ATMs, which is a plus since there are scams in Russia involving those, unfortunately), it was so easy to get through that even a toddler could figure it out. Not good. I had a single room, which was spacious and clean, but it was obvious that smokers had stayed. You could smell the smoke residue in the room. Welcome to eastern Europe, I guess. I was on the 15th floor, and the view was nothing to brag about, unless you like viewing a lot (and I do mean A LOT) of high-rise buildings that were either apartments or condos. Room was quiet, but there was no heat (I stayed in September, and it was pretty cold at night), but the sheets kept me warm and I had no issues sleeping. I don't know the price of the room since it was covered by my sponsor, but from what I saw on this website, I'd stay elsewhere. In conclusion, the hotel is not disastrous, but it's not paradise.
