Weekend in Moscow
Myself with 5 friends are studying in Russia and took a weekend trip to Moscow. We only stayed in Holiday inn for one night. They were very kind people that helped us with any question that we had. They spoke very good English. They even helped us out with things that they didn't have to such as: upgrading our room and holding our bags for us even after we had checked out. The location is not to far from the Metro which is great. It was a nice stay and I would recommend it to any international travelers.

When you are near red square and wanting to buy a souvenir, if possible, I would try to speak some Russian. The more you know the better of a deal you can get. Also, the tent sellers will usually go for about 2/3 of the original price that they say.

Great quality hotel
The staff at check in were very polite and courteous. If you do not know Russian it is not a problem the hotel staff can speak English very well. The dining area and bar are very clean and serve a great assortment of Russian and American cuisine. The room I had was very spacious and comfortable. There was always hot water when I needed it and the staff does a great job of cleaning the rooms. The location is good because there is a metro station entrance just a five minute walk from the hotel. The Metro is the cheapest and fastest way to get around Moscow quickly. My stay at Holiday Inn Suschevsky was a pleasurable one and I would definitly recommend this hotel to any traveler.

Wichtig ist die Nähe zur Metro
Das Hotel liegt direkt an einer Metrostation. Das ist der grosse Vorteil. In die City sind es 12 min. mit der metro. Internet kostet ca. Fr.10.00 / h. was heutzutage zu teuer ist. Reception hat sehr gute Englishkentnisse. Aber von guten Restaurants keine Ahnung. (sie gehen selber nicht in die teuren Restaurants!) Zimmer trotz Nichtraucher Bestellung, total verraucht. Niveau der Ausstattung: Standart. Duschbrause teilweise defekt. Minibar...1 Bier für 10 Fr. tja...wenn es unbedingt sein muss..es hat auch einen kleinen 24 h Shop nebendran. Sonst alles i.o.
