The new hotel Kolvi was opened in May- 2007. It is situated in the downtown of Kazan near the historical- business and entertaining centre. There are all facilities for comfortable stay in every room; cable TV- telephone/fax- mini-bar- twenty-four-hour access to Internet- elegant stylish furniture- bathroom bath/shower with a hair-drier. Services; Cafe- Conference hall maximum capacity-40- Sauna- Steam room. KZN-Kazan City-1 mi NE. Kolvi Hotel is located in the downtown of Kazan.

Nice, economic accomidations.

The hotel is situated more on the older side of town rather than the "historic district". Some of the staff speak a little English but knowing a little Russian will be a great help. The hotel is clean and looks restored. The accommodations are simple without many luxuries but if the primary goal is good sleep and a warm shower this place does the job well.
