it seems that we paid twice via orbiz comparing to the rest of the people we met. the staff was terrible! didnt gave us the room although it was ready. asked for 80 Eros to be able tto get the room 4 hours before STD check in. when they saw that
we are considering but preaty upset from the price they cancelled this offer and then told us that the room is not ready. we were very disapointing from the hotel!
Overall the hotel was good, comfortable, easy to be there for 8 days. but they charge way too much for water (even by hotel standards) and at the end of the week, they snuck in lots of extra charges which in my mind were definitely not by
accident. they double charged for a tour and room service they just added random items at will.
From the time I entered, the staff were friendly and attentive. The rooms are well appointed, although it's perhaps been a few years since they were last updated. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom was spotless. Make sure you
leave time to visit the rooftop swimming pool and sauna!

Short walk from hotel
If you're not traveling with a laptop, avoid the business center (at 15 euros per hour) and head down the block to Internet Cafe Argo, where you'll pay 10% the price. To get there, go out the hotel's main entrance, take a right at the big traffic circle onto Bul. Regina Elizabeta. It's on the righthand side of the street about 15 meters past the intersection with Strada Academiei.
