The room was clean. All the staffs of the hotel was kind and provide the amenity to the guest The hotel is very polite and attentive to your needs. Room service were delievered within the time promised. Room is clean, tidy and newly furnished I recommend that internet service pricing need to be reviewed as it is too high compared to other hotels. Some hotels offer internet service for free and the trend is going toward this direction. Hope you consider this request seriously

Disappointed
Was disappointing, being military in this country I was not told you needed a passport to even check in. We're in the country on military orders and just wanted a place to relax and unwind. We prepaid on [...] but got grief at the front desk for not having a passport in country (military orders got us to the city/country) so I'd prepaid and got nothing for my money. I was rather unhappy to find this out AFTER the fact ...
