No complaints!

We booked a room on the Club/Concierge floor and it was a wise decision. The staff there was amazing and made every effort to please us. We had a light breakfast and lunch at the Club and went out for amazing dinners. Il Mulino and BLT Steak are wonderful choices for staying in the hotel. Our best meal was at Marmalade in Old San Juan, suggested by the Concierge at the Club. We enjoyed lazy, restful days on the beach, wonderful spa services by a very friendly staff, use of the gym and great dinners. Our ocean view room was spotless. Luxurious linens. Didn't love being approached on the beach by vendors but we knew it was a public beach when we booked it. All in all, we loved the staff - so friendly.

Family Vacation

The hotel was very nice and the grounds were beautiful. The breakfast buffet, while pricey, kept me full until dinner and was delicious! The staff was very attentive and friendly. I would recommend the hotel to anyone interested in visiting Puerto Rico!

Very good meals there but expensive. Best to travel there if you have a significant budget to spend on items there. Has a Tiffany's in the hotel.

Fabulous Family Trip!

Great hotel for family over spring recess! Close to airport, but never heard any noise or saw planes. Concierge was excellent in suggesting restaurants, arranging car rental, & helping with anything you need. Friendly & upscale.Beautiful pool & beach- service was excellent. Teens are able to walk to fast food & bring back lunch to have at pool! Younger kids enjoyed playing basketball, volleyball, & floats. Parents are able to relax. Felt safe-good hotel security. Rented car one day & went to rainforest. Kids loved swimming in waterfalls!
