T'was the Night Before the Cruise
We spent the night before our cruise here and found the hotel to be quite comfortable. Location-wise, not so good if you are looking for a good average price place to eat. The in-hotel restaurants are ridiculously high because no other restaurants are nearby. We walked half a mile to the Sizzler (closest restaurant) to eat dinner. It is also a taxi ride ($10) from the airport.

In hotel restaurant and restaurant on property around the corner are extremely expensive. The Sizzler Restaurant is the closest average price restaurant. It is about a half mile and can be walked. Ask hotel for directions.

Our 40th Anniversery
All was great except the hidden $60.00 fee they charged me for coffee "that i don't drink" and "wireless internet I don't use".....This should be optional make your guest request it. Don't charge everyone for services that are not required. Besides this, the hotel was perfect. The security in the hotel was outstanding always felt safe.

All you would desire to eat is in your surrounding area. Location is perfect being it has all access to all highways and parkways. The evening view from our balcony was spectacular! And the Mountains were breath taking. Must SEE!

My Experience
The overall experience was great...staff very helpful and pleasant. Loved the gym and pool deck. However I think that the food is over priced for the quality and quantity.

Pretty good hotel
The pool closes very early (at 8pm), which was a bit surprising. You need to rent a car if you want to go anywhere. But if you have a car, the location isn't a big deal.

GOOD HOTEL
This was a surprise for me, since I lived in P.Rico for more than 25 years, and I can't imagine this hotel in the area where is located. Really beautiful, the personnel excellent as well as the room. I highly reccomended.

Family Vacation
The hotel is beautiful and our stay was very pleasant. Our only complaint is that our room should have been cleaned better. There were a few small pieces of what looked like doritos chips on the desk and window sill. The white comforter on the beds had several stains (looked like old blood). The entire room including the bathroom needed dusting and sweeping / vacuuming. For the amount we paid, these things should have been taken care of properly. Aside from that, all of the staff was very helpful.

wonderful couples retreat
The hotel is not in the best location for convenience to Old San Juan or other less expensive restaurants. Also you either have to pay to park or park along the street. We parked our rental car within site of our room and had no problems. The room was comfortable and clean. The pool area was relaxing and wonderful but closed a little too early for the climate. We enjoyed the casino. There is only a coffee pot in the rooms, no microwave or refrigerator. Room service, exercise areas and office area are available.

There are 2 restaurants nearby. Also there is a bus stop 2 blocks away to go to Condado and Old San Juan for $.50 as opposed to $12 by cab.
