Dosen't Get Any Better
Great room, fantastic location, excellent breakfast all add up to "It dosen't get any better." So glad we picked this location. We are not beach people or big on the night club scene. This hotel was literally in walking distance to all that Old San Juan has to offer. Not to mention the free trolly that goes to all the major sites. Some of the best food I have ever eaten in the local restaurants! Could you believe we had fantastic shish ka bob at an Turkish restaurant near the hotel. Puerto Rican food was the best. Am now a great fan of Mofondo! Hope I can fine it here in California! LH

The hotel restaurant was good for dinner. Breakfast buffet was overpriced for variety, which was low on protein selection. Staff were all friendly and helpful.

They need to improve their valet parking service. Problem with the keys almost every day, we replaced the keys several times.

Wonderful Experience
The hotel was conveniently located on the marina with a wonderful view from the pool area on the 9th floor. The pool is smaller and not deep, but perfect for having a drink and chatting. It was a comfortable hotel near everything from shopping to dining to public transportation. I did not give it 5 stars because of the view from the window of the room which is an empty parking lot.

Great location
While I wasn't a big fan of the casino or the hotel restaurants, the room was large and clean, the concierge very helpful, and the location in Old San Juan was perfect. The rooftop pool is very small, but there is a hot tub.
