San Juan Park Hotel

My trip was amazing! Hotel San Juan was definitely a good fit for me. I would recommended for someone traveling alone or with a couple. If you have kids I would suggest get a bigger room because the rooms at San Juan park hotel are small but ok for 1 or 2 people. The hotel is 5 minute walk to the beach and walking distance to condado where all the casinos and a lot of restaurants and bars. I definitely will come back to puerto rico and stay at the hotel again. One more thing the hotel doesn't have parking, but you can park your car at the park which is across the street and you just walk back to the hotel.

We did the basic room (no suite, no balcony). It was a simple, no frills hotel room; somewhat small, but it was clean and had all the necesities. The wireless internet was great for planning the next day's adventure each night, and the breakfast (cerial, muffins, fruit, honey buns) provided a nice opportunity to both grab a quick bite in the morning and take some snacks for the day. The location is good: Old San Juan is a long walk away, but we drove everytime we went because it's a simple drive and the parking in Old San Juan was cheap. The only downside is that parking at the hotel is not included. There is a parking garage right around the corner at the Caribe Hilton that guests can use for $20 per day.

The San Juan Park Hotel was located in a decent neighborhood, within walking distance of beaches, restaurants and the shopping districts of Old San Juan. While the room was very small, with only room for a bed and a small fridge, it was comfortable and clean. We stayed there for one night before a cruise, and it was a good value for the price.

We stayed there for 10 days and basically made it a headquarters for trips around the city and large pars of the island. The location was strategic between the old town and Condado with all tourist amenities. Both walks took about 20 minutes through picturesque areas. The place is safe, has a large ocean park across the street and the only drawbacks are lack of restaurants in immediate proximity and rather dull breakfasts and staff.

The Hotel is very close to the beach and about 25 mins walking distance to Old San Juan. The staffs are very nice.

We went to San Juan and stayed at this hotel with three other couples. Best time of our lives in San Juan! Hotel was recommended on one of the other couples recommendation. Perfect for what we were looking for. Reasonable rates+, great location - close to many areas of interest. Hotel was clean and a continental breakfast was included (not alot of variety however was great for price). Highly recommended!

These folks could use some training in customer service. They wouldn't go out of their way for anything. Had several family members stay as well and they were all disappointed.

staff was great close to everything. My room was upgraded free of charge with no problem.. Noticed that staff that cleaned came in did the job and got out without disturbing anything in my room.. cant ask for better place for the price ..

the room was small, and the bed comforter was old and smell bad we had to buy Disinfectant spray to kill the mold & Mildew or the germs,the bed sheet &fitted sheet nor pillowcase was the same for 7day they did not change them to clean one, I complain to staff, but they said that they was going to change them, but no should luck, and they did not offer any help with parking , we rented a small car, and we had to park it at the Caribe Hilton for each day $21.00 for 7 day was too much, next time I will try to find me a nice Hotel with free parking

Everything was clean. Room was very small.Air conditioner unit outside was quite noisy.
