Courtyard by Marriott San Juan Isla Verde Beach Resort

This was a great value for the amenities offered and location. Very comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. Great bar and salsa on Friday/Saturday eves it's popping.

The Marriott Courtyard Isle Verde exceeded my expectations totally! I was impressed as soon as I entered the lobby! Staff was very helpful and courtious upon our arrival; we were given free drinks and casino vouchers. The rooms were spacious and well stocked with the ammenities. The bathroom was huge and clean. The balcony was nice and over looked the ocean. There was a nice Salsa band in the lobby that played at night. The pool area with hot tub was clean and well lit at night. Restaurants and grocery stores were within walking distance, which was great!

Nice hotel, comfortable rooms, very friendly and helpful staff. A couple of drawback though, they had no king size beds and no rollaways. However, beds were very comfortable and they provided lots of nice fluffy pillows! Parking was expensive and would get pretty full because of the casino. Hotel is located minutes away from the Isla Verde strip. Overall, very pleased with the hotel.Would definitely recommend it.

We had an awsome stay at the hotel. The room was great, comfortable and clean. I am a single Dad with three kids and hotel had many enjoyable features. The beach and pool were such fun and we enjoyed the swim up pool bar where we could get food and drink. The staff were always pleasant and helpful. The location of the hotel made it easy to get to all the other island attractions and adventures that we did. My kids and I hated to leave and will come back again, we highly recommend the Courtyard by Marriott. My daughter loved the hammocks on the beach and how clean the beach was. Houskeeping kept our room in good shape while we were there. The staff was helpful in providing insights into our adventures and thing we should try and see. We enjoyed our stay

Our 7 year old had a very good time with the beach being very accessible as well as pool and jacuzi. The beach and pool staff were extremely accomodating and went out of their way to get us a good spot on the beach each morning. You need 2 days to overcome the airport noise. We didn't like the first room but the desk clerk escorted us to 3 other rooms until we were satisfied. The rooms were a little small but the location made up for it. We were gone all day into the evening and only needed the room to crash. The food in the hotel was expensive but offered different options and venues. A short walk is a mexican restaurant which we frequented. The concierge ensured that our auto rental was the best price in San Juan. It was a great trip and we will be returning.

The hotel resort area was beautiful; the beach was very nice, great shell hunting at low tide; mostly families around the pool area; we had to wait 3 hours for our room to be prepared at check in;the bed was uncomfortable; the lock to the room door looked as if had been jimmied and was a problem opening and closing the door; the food was good but overpriced and we were surprised to be charged an extra person charge daily when we specified we had three persons in our package. The staff was very helpful and courteous. Most attractions were fairly close to the hotel and had transportation picked us up at the hotel. I would stay here again.

Courtyard by the Marriot was a GREAT place to stay. The beach is connected to the hotel and the water was warm and very inviting. The pools of the hotels is a another valid option for those who want to avoid the salt water. I hightly recommend this hotel and will most likely stay there again.

Friendly staff, that will go above and beyond to achieve satisfaction for the customer. Alittle expensive, but I am sure it was due to the holiday season. I would recommend this place to anyone interested in staying at a place outside of a resort. The beach is awesome as well as the pool and all other services they offer.
