Family getaway
Our experience at the hotel was good. We visited ponce, Yaco, Juana Diaz. We also went to see El Morro and the Rain Forest. I would of liked to visit the Zoo and the water park, but was to far. The only thing missing from this area were the hotel was located was more activity and more sightseeing...But overall my family had a great time.

Best bang for the buck!
Private beach welcomes you to relax in huge hammocks that are next to the beautiful pool with a swim up bar. Best value for a hotel with such ample amenities Staff friendly and knowledgeable We took public tranportation to Old San Juan a bargain at 75 cents! Take the trolly to El Morro and spend the rest of the day walking around Rent a car from Rafi at U Save for 21 bucks a day go to Ponce Salsa dancing is a must and on Thursday hour class We drove around the island and enjoyed it much

Cuban restaurant "metropol" excellent and a short walk from the hotel La Triana in old San Juan has authentic Spanish food and flamenco show on the weekend

It was outstanding!!!
Had a wonderful stay would definitly come with the family all other hotels and resturants are at walking distance. If you need to rent a car it will cost you a daily charge to keep it at the hotel ,,,take the taxi it's a flat fee. Visit old san Juan lots to do there. Overall do your homework and follow the four P's you will have fun!

Great location; excellent value.
Checked in for an extended stay due to a family event (funeral). Got good offseason (June-July) rates on basic room ("seaview") on-line, but upgraded to a suite ("seafront") for an additional $55./nght. A good deal considering that we got a glorious view of the Atlantic, could listen to the surf at night, got some privacy for our adult daughter who could sleep on the fold-out couch bed in a seperate room, got extra seating & a 3-bar stool counter for visitors, and had a refrigerator, sink & microwave for our own drinks and light foods. Isla Verde beach is one of the better beaches on the island, and closest to San Juan. It is also well maintained--entire beach is cleaned early AM daily of any litter. Great for early morning jogs & swims. Except for the 4th of July, relatively few people around even though next to a public beach. Hotel staff was very accommodating to all our needs. Extra towels, bottled water, etc. were ours for the asking. Beach, pool, and room were so nice that we extended our stay to include some vacation time. Location is right next to the airport and very convenient to the highway system for access other parts of San Juan & the island.

The excelent weekend
The room was great and big. The lobby music (all night) in Picante was spectacular. The waiters gave us a first-class service. We wanted to rest, stay in pool for a moment and dance at night, and we had it!

Great hotel,location,food,view and beach
I enjoyed the beautiful beach and the afternoons at the swim up bar in the pool. The only thing missing were umbrellas for the lounge chairs. I still felt tranquil and very relaxed. It was all in one, we had a great time.

Courtyard Marriot Isla Verde Puerto Rico
Hotel room was excellent. Clean and neat. Hotel have a restaurant inside. A casino and a beach for you. I would not hesitate to recommend the hotel for a honeymoon or a wedding.

Go to Metropol Restaurant for a short escape to formality. Hotel is 1 mile away from airport and have an airport shuttle.
