This restored Spanish villa is tucked away on a residential street with beautiful Condado Beach at the end of the block. Al fresco corridors that pass through a lush garden connect the hotel with the popular on-site restaurant, Niché. The rolling waves of Condado Beach are visible from the hot tub, rooftop terrace and some rooms. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available in common areas.

  • Popular Niché Restaurant is on site
  • Rooftop sundeck and whirlpool

Rooms

Sunny floral bedspreads, thick white plantation shutters and beach scene paintings greet guests in the 15 rooms at the Acacia Seaside Inn. okay place

This was a small hotel in a residential neighborhood. It is not on the beach. No ocean views. Staff were very helpful. The restaurant was very expensive. Will not recommend this place.

Great location close, but slightly away, from the crowds

A cute Spanish style design, small hotel. Half a block to the Ovean Park Beach popular with locals. In residential area but less than minute walk to the tourist area Condado. We found the staff friendly and helpful.

not bad for the price

Great food at restaurant. Access to the beach. Great hang out spot 3 blocks down (Mango's). Main street a walk away. No parking available at the time of my stay. Cleanness needs a little more attention on floors. It felt sandy.

Great Vacation!

The room was clean and comfortable and the concierge was friendly and knowledgeable. It was a perfect spot for a getaway for 2. The view was beautiful and the giant hot tub just off the balcony was the cherry on top of a fantastic stay!

Veterans Day Getaway

Stayed at the Acacia Friday through Monday. A small, quiet hotel on a quiet side street just one (tall) building from the beach. And a lovely beach it is, too--wide, with soft sand, and gentle surf when we were there, although that's in comparison to our lifelong summer visits to the Outer Banks of North Carolina. Just east of the Acacia, the seaside blocks become more residential, less tall. Just to the west, though, the tall, bustling Condado district begins--lots of restaurants, bars and shops. A very easy walk for us, either up the beach or on the main road, Ashford. The Acacia doesn't offer room service, which caused us to get up-and-at-'em on a hunt for coffee each morning--we liked that, because it got us out the door, which is where you want to be. Air-conditioning in the room (Rm 201) worked well and was needed even in November. No elevator, but only four floors--nice sundeck and little bath/shower up on the 4th floor. Lovely, helpful staff--everyone spoke very sharp English--indeed, everyone we met in Puerto Rico did. Made things so easy, perhaps too easy, if you want to be forced into practicing your Spanish. Would go again, definitely. Marked down a bit for Amenities, because, really, there just aren't very many--it's a small, small place.

Dining tip: Short walk from hotel

Walk east (to the right) up the beach, perhaps 400-500 yards, and you'll come to Pamela's restaurant, with some tables right there on the sand, under the palms. If you spend $20 on any given day--easy to do with the delicious food and lovely drinks--you can sit all day in a nice chaise longue, and the friendly, attentive staff will bring you towels, plant an umbrella to shade you, and whisk drinks to your waiting hands before you realize you've downed the last one. Fantastic amenity.

Comforting relief

I wasn't sure what to expect since my last stay in PR was horrible. Fortunately, on this trip the stay was wonderful! I could smell the detergent off the bed sheets. The bathroom was super clean. The AC worked perfectly well. The view to the ocean put a smile on my face every morning (even if it was raining). The staff is cordial, respectful, and pleasant. I was able to relax. Since it doesn't offer continental breakfast, I had the opportunity to enjoy morning walks to Starbucks and greet pedestrians and/or joggers on the way.
