Good family getaway
Good hotel. Rooms need a dehumidifier and dryer given how humid it is. Meals are very expensive. Staff needs to be incentivized better. If you rent a car, do it at the hotel with the hotel rate (as it's much, much lower and comes with free parking at the hotel)

Short drive from hotel
Try the BioBay, Zipline and RainForest hikes. All worth it. But don't bother booking at the hotel. Just book on site.

Anniversary Getaway
Went to celebrate our 4th Anniversary and we didn't want to leave. The Bali beds by the beach were beautiful and so picturesque. The pool was amazing and the swim up bar just rocks. The only thing missing was jet skiing. We will definately be back.

They have a variety of different food options to that your taste but can always be happy. The Red Snapper at the Patria was the best I've ever had.

Wonderful Honeymoon Paradise
We just relaxed and forgot about the outside world. Enjoyed all the amenities of the upgrades like the breakfast and the afternoon bar delight. This was our first trip so we have nothing to compare it with, but I'm sure this is going to be one of the best stays.

Enjoy the local beach and the hotel amenities even though they may be a bit prize but it may cost less than going outside of the resort.

The hotel is a great getaway if one wants to stay away and enjoy at the hotel. But there is no life outside the hotel as the city is very far off from where the hotel is located.

Beautiful and sexy
One word AMAZING! The hotel is stunning and has many amenities like a 24 pool red level service and fabulous restaurants. The beach is beautiful. Will go and stay again especially since its so close to Fajardo where it's close to snorkeling and many water activities

Great getaway
The hotel is great looking and private with gated access. The only downside is you pay a daily 15$ parking fee.

Fantastic Trip
Great trip. Well worth money. The only downfall was the sand fleas. You can't even see them on you. Need to wear bug spray.

It was OK...Hidden fees like parking average $17.00 a day and a large deposit per night, which we were not told of. Grounds were beautiful. Everything else was very expensive from food, drinks and extras. Too far from everything and the furniture was not up to date. I have had better experience at a two star hotel very disappointed with room..

Beautiful grounds, terrible accomodations
the room reeked of mildew and the service was terrbile. You never got towels, wash cloths, hand towels. The front desk help was non existent. There was only one person at the front desk regardless of how many people were in line. They would tell you they would get back to you and they never did. The travel center was the same way. They said they would make the reservation, but when you got to where you were going, there was no reservation. The pool area and the grounds were spectacular. This would be a great place to stay if you couldn't smell and didn't need any amenities at all. Bring your own soap and towels.
