Hotel to far from everything. Good if you just want peace and quiet from the maddening crowds. Hotel Restuarant only open on Fri. night, Sat. and Sun. No in-house phones or room service.

Nice Place
My son and I were here for the Guajataka Longboard Race. I liked the hotel and the staff, but they seemed overwhelmed. Probably this wasn't the case when they weren't so busy. It would have been nice to have a water machine, more food options on site, a location map showing local restaurants, beaches, touristy things, etc.

NOT TO THRILLED WITH THE ACOMODATIONS ! ! ! IT WAS NOT WORTH THE PRICE ! ! ! NO FRIG ! ! ! NO MICRO WAVE ! ! ! NO IN ROOM PHONE TO CALL THE FRONT DESK ! ! ! THE ADVERTISEMENT SAID FREE E-MAIL ACCESS, THEY FORGOT TO MENTION THAT YOU HAD TO BRING YOUR OWN LAP-TOP ! ! ! GETTING ICE IN A BUCKET EVERY NIGHT WAS A DRAG ! ! ! THE HOUSE KEEPING WAS GOOD . . . PLENTY OF TOWELS

You get what you pay for!
I guess you get what you pay for, this hotel did not have a coffee maker in the room, no fridge, and a Restaurant that lacked customer service. The room was fairly clean but it is old and needs remodeling. Staff was very friendly. Last time I stayed at a four star hotel resort in San Juan and it was a total different experience. Not sure if I would stay there again

Bad ugly filthy hotel
Unsastified wasted my money for that place,nothing worked in that hotel,no phone service no lights in bath room used old sheets,holely towels with holes,the whole bathroom was dirty,i could had been in a btter place
