Ponce hotel sizzles with local food and romantic Puerto Rican design
Ramada Ponce captures the irresistible historic identity of Ponce, Puerto Rico's Senorial City. Great City, Great Location
The hotel is located next to la plaza de delicias. It is a gorgeous location, and I actually enjoy Ponce more than San Juan. I did not like the ten dollars to park; perhaps it should be added or hidden into the hotel fees to begin with and not make it appear they are trying to force their guests to pay to park. The hotel was clean. The doors all lock at a certain time, so no late nights. Thankfully someone noticed us to let us inside the hotel. The rooms were very well designed, modern, chic, and impressive. The staff was rather courteous as well.

Great Room, Great Hotel, Great Location
We were in Ponce to see the sights. The room was such a great surprise: big, king sized bed, beautiful, great view, helpful staff, wonderful windows and balcony, everything was wonderful. We stayed in one of the old rooms, and would stay again in a New York Minute.

Central Location, Very Pleasant Staff
We travelled to Ponce for a wedding at the Castillo Serralles, less than 2 km from the Ramada. The Ramada was very conveniently located on a corner of La Plaza Las Delicias, the center of viejo Ponce. The room was cozy but clean and comfortable. The A/C worked. Hot water service was good but not excellent. Valet parking for hotel guest was affordable and convenient. A rating of 10 out of 10 for the hotel staff. They were friendly, helpful, and spoke both Spanish and English. The provided continental breakfast was basic. There was table seating available for guests both inside and out. The small swimming pool was well maintained. We enjoyed taking a dip in the pool.

Stand Up to Corporate Corruption
3rd World Country Quality Hotel.
Broken shower, the tiles leaked to the floor of the bathroom. Dirty bathroom. No telephone in the room. I had to "demand" I get another room in order for them to do anything. I waited an entire day for them to come to the room to "look" at the shower. I waisted days and hours on the phone with Ramada [...].

nice hotel
hotel was overall nice, but for what I was paing I'd expect the front desk to be more helpful. Room was nice and a great break from the sun

see the Ponce tour its 2 dollars and about 45mins. they can provide a map with phone numbers. beaches to see guanca, guanica and gilligans island.

The hotel is just in the right spot,
Very good, I like the location, near every thing you needed, food, shopping for souveniers, having a nice natural fruit ice cream, or just relaxing at the square, hoping onto a trolley for a tour, all close to the hotel, Great.

Honeymooners
Historic jewel
We were on our honeymoon and decided to travel as much of the island as possible. We had a brief stay in Ponce, a beautiful historic town. A lot to do in the surrounding areas of Ponce. Definitely visit the castle and the cross up the mountain. You'll have a great view of the city of Ponce and the coast line.

the hotel is not ready for business
no cups in the room called got them about five hours later after calling two more times got my room clean after 5pm i was so upset that i checked out i day before,but i have to say the food and the service at the rest. was great. FRANKIE MARTINEZ TAMPA,FL
