Overnight/ short stay
All I needed was there. Staff very pleasant. very clean, no smells and great location for my needs. Would use again.

Not acceptable
The hotel needs updateing. Noisey all night long. I did not get a feeling of safety there.

The hotel is at a great location, however hot water is lacking, especially in the morning. Hotel staff treat it as a great mystery. I was there five days, every day was the same mystery. Pan handlers were a problem as well. Overall it was a good stay, except for the hot water issue.

There is an awesome eatery at the Plaza, located in a small hole in the wall, great food and service.

Nice in the lobby. But not so great afte
This hotel is centerally located in the center of a busy area with a lot of food options. Make sure u request a lower level room unless u like carrying luggage up flights and flights of stairs. Staff all spoke english and spainish and the counter guy was so cute and nice. Super helpful and actually smiled a lot and was really pleasant. The damaged elevator was a downer and the curtains Hung into the bed and hit me In the face while I slept. Eww gross! Wanted to swim and pool was not open due to chemical issues.

Big Hotel Accomodations in a town center
The rooms are better than the fancy resort hotels in the area on the outskirts of town at triple the price.

If you have to visit the town center, there is no better place to stay. Plenty of places to eat within walking distance.

THe best hotel in downtown Mayaguez.
Was ok for the price $69 a night. Stayed mid week and there was the usual party noise. A big hole in the main road caused a lot of noise at night. A/C has no temp control and water temp varied depending the time. Parking was full during the day and had to park elsewhere even if In had prepaided.
