Family Stress Out
It was very nice and all aspects, the only thing we didn't have any luck was that 3 of the 4 days staying, was raining, but this has nothing to do with the hotel and/or staff.

Generally Good Getaway
For value for the money this place was extremely good. It also was only a 40 minute drive from the Airport but was completely out of San Juan. We had a 5th floor suite with a balcony overlooking the ocean, and it was a pleasure to be able to retreat to the room at any time and sit on the terrace to watch the waves. There were a few negatives. The beach was a public beach which had to be accessed through a locked gate, but the locals were pleasant enough. The beach was nice and never crowded, and there was good salt water swimming in the lagoon. There were deck chairs and paddle boats etc. which we assume were provided by the hotel. Another issue was that we arrived on a weekend, and the place was overrun with local events - teenage coming out parties, wedding receptions etc. As a result on Saturday and Sunday, it was fairly noisy and crowded and our room was not cleaned on Sunday until 6pm! The hotel was apologetic, gave us a bottle of wine and made sure we had prompt service for the rest of our stay. On the weekdays there were very few people there which was much more pleasant. The free breakfast was excellent, and there was a two hour happy hour every night where all drinks were free. The restaurant wasn't much, but as we had a car we went out to eat at local establishments which was OK. The golf was right at the hotel entrance and the course was not expensive, quite challenging and very attractive. The course was almost deserted which was delightful, almost like having your own private course. On balance, we liked the place and would go back.

Nice place to stay
Great location right on the beach. Most guests stayed by the pools so we had the beach mostly to ourselves. Rooms were clean and fairly updated. Free breakfast every morning was nice but could have been better. Free drinks in the afternoon were great.

Pleasant Hotel
This hotel is a great at making you feel relaxed. Their beach, pool, and staff are pleasant, and it is perfect for unwinding on vacation. Just be aware that if you want to go to the various attractions in other locations in Puerto Rico, then you will need a rental car and need to be willing to drive for at least an hour to get places. As a college student it was affordable because of obitz.

Great Family Hotel
Great family suite hotel. Small but adequate beach and a large pool. Seemed to be more families here than at the San Juan hotels, probably because of the two room suites and two TV's. Also the prices are a little lower. The balcony is perfect for sitting out and drying swimsuits. Easy walking distance to two chain drug stores and a little further to fast food restruants. You walk along the golf course which has nice views. Close to old San Juan, but about 45 minutes-1 hour drive because of the traffic. About 1 1/2 hours to the airport at 2pm and longer if you leave later. Arttractions within an hour + drive would be the rum factory, the Camuy caves and the telescope at Aericebo. A short 15 minute drive into the town of Dorado is also worthwhile. Nice big as much as you want free breakfast. The restraurant had good food and was reasonable for dinner. Large casino. Parking is in a grage and is $11/d.

great location
This hotel was beautiful, clean and the perfect location, away from the hubub of San Juan. Dorado and the north west area are the most beautiful on Puerto Rico. The staff were happy and helpful. The pool and ocean views amazing. In a nutshell, gorgeous!

Good value, good location
It was a very nice hotel. Breakfast being included was a big plus, and the grounds were very nice. The accommodatiions were adequate. Only drawbacks were that there was paid parking and it was mostly used by the casino customers across the street and there are about 15 huge speed bumps that you cannot bypass each time you leave and enter the resort complex.
