Kids love it!

I stay in this hotel every year for at least a weekend getaway. I stay there for three main reasons: 1 - Room comfort 2 - Value for the price 3 - Excellent pool for kids that allows you play along with them and have a great time Even standard rooms have two double beds and plenty of space. The bathroom space is great. Also the sink, microwave, small fridge are very handy when you are dealing with little kids or babies. Until a couple of months ago there wasn't any alternative inside the hotel for having breakfast and lunch but now they opened the rest located right at the pool where you can have breakfast and lunch, and even dinner (not a fancy one) if you want. The hotel will provide you with a key for exclusive access to the Boqueron's Beach through the marine. You will be able to move from the pool to the beach easily because is at walking distance. Just make sure not to accidentally throw away the key because you are going to pay a hefty price for the mistake (around $200.00). You can opt not to accept at check in the key however or take it back to the front desk at any time during your stay for peace of mind. All rooms include a balcony with a table and chairs which is very nice. You won't find any entertainment or night attraction in this hotel. Keep in mind that this a Hotel\Time Share. Ice and vending machines are located only at the first floor which is not that convenient. My kids always have a great time there.

Money-saving tip: In Hotel

I always book a standard room and when I arrive at the hotel I ask if there are any ocean view room spare. Every time I ask every time I get the upgrade for free and the view is very nice. Ask nicely and you shall receive!

The views are wonderful. The room was very clean and the staff very nice. I ask for extra towels and they brought it soon. I love the location and all the access to the beach and the "Poblado de Boqueron" . It was really great.

Convenient location for Cabo Rojo

We were looking for convenient access to the Poblado in Boqueron, Cabo Rojo, a good kid's pool, and access to a beach. And this fit us perfectly. It is normally a time-share facility, but if they have vacancies you can book a studio, 2 bedroom, or 3 bedroom. We got the studio and it only had a small sink, small refrigerator, and microwave, but that's all we needed/wanted. The larger suites have full size kitchens. The room was comfortable when compared to a normal hotel room. The pools were perfect for our five-year-old; they had a kiddle pool with slides and steps and an "adult" pool that wasn't overly large or deep, so it was easy to keep your eye on her from the pool area. The food service is located in the pool area, and they were very reasonable prices, drinks as well. The facility has a gate to the Poblado with access to lots of restaurants within walking distance and a gate to the beach. Parking is free but limited, but still it was nice not to have to pay parking. There is free WiFi access, but it didn't reach our room, however, every floor had tables and chairs in a common area near the elevators and this is where everyone connected. It is not a luxury hotel, but it is perfect for families. We've stayed at 5 star hotels and enjoyed this one more than those. I think we enjoyed it because it wasn't overly full. Try to avoid major local holidays and the month of July. Some of the local restaurants we found yummy were: Galloways, Mr. Mofongo, and Pixa Pixa (a mexican restaurant). And really, the food at the hotel was good. Also, the lighthouse is not too far away (driving) and well worth it. All in all, I wouldn't buy the timeshare, but we will certainly book a future stay here!

Street seafood is excellent, try it out! Also, Galloway's has great food, and Mr. Mofongo, although it looks like a dive, has excellent food as well.

Great location!

605B has an awesome view of the mountains and the shoreline. The room is very nicely decorated with tile floors, and modern amenities. Nicely equipped kitchen! Bathroom is clean and spacious. Beds are very comfy. Gated parking with security. Note, they park two cars, per space. You may have to leave your keys at the front desk. We did not have time to try the restaurant on-site. The pool looked nice. Good place to take a honeymoon or family vacation. The front desk staff is very friendly! Would definitely stay again. :-)

Good hotel in front of beach and activities, little expensive compared with the area but got 24/7 security with parking. if u want to go to PR this is an option. Rooms are really good but the hallways need a little maintenance.
