Comfortable room
Rincon Beach Resort was comfortable and clean. The grounds were very well maintained. The balcony had 2 chairs and a table; it was great to sit there and read! The pelican grill and breakfast was real good. Dinner was too expensive at the hotel so I recommend dining out. A car is a must. Overall I had a great stay.

Rincon Beach Resort - Great!
The Rincon Beach Resort was wonderful...great pool, courtyard and beach facilities. The hotel staff was a pleasure to work with. My luggage did not arrive when I did and they greatly assisted me with the local Spanish-speaking baggage courier. My room, with refrigerator, was on the ground floor, with one door leading to the open courtyard, and the other to my private patio with a view of the pool and ocean. How good can life get. Close to shopping in Rincon and Mayaguez - which was a blessing because I needed clothes and other essentials when my luggage didn't arrive. Resort restaurant offered nice wine choices and the food was exquisitely prepared. I would definitely return to Rincon Beach Resort.

Excellent Hotel - Beach - View
The hotel was very nice and clean. The room has a refrigerator. The staff is very friendly. The beach is calm and excellent. The staff goes the extra mile to satisfy you. The roads are dark at night but we went out every night with no problem. The roads are in good shape. It is 10 minutes away from 2 small casinos. The restaurant in the hotel is very good. However, it is not open all day. You have to use the one by the pool which is terrible. On the other hand, if you have a car there are plenty of restaurants and little hotels around to go it. Also, all kinds of American fast food places within 10 minutes away. There are like 10 beaches around, some for surfing and some very calm. It was a great trip and it came out for free since we won big in the casino.

The English Rose for Breakfast. Hard to find but excellent place. The Horn Dorset a five star French restaurant with villas is 10 minutes away. We ate there, about $300 for two, all worth it, the best steak and lobster ever.

Small Resort with Big Beach
The staff was friendly and helpful. Check in and out was efficient and pleasant and they opened the gift shop specially for us when we needed to by some snorkeling gear. The restaurants and concierge service was also good. The room had two king beds, a desk/table with two chairs that was useful for work (with cable and power) or dining, a small refrigerator, safe, easy chair, and the deck overlooking the pool and ocean had two chairs and a table. This resort was small which we liked. The restaurants were ok, but not great and the dinner was a bit over priced. Breakfast buffet is available but we did better ordering from the menu. The location of the resort outside of Rincon makes it peaceful and secluded and also requires the renting of a car to get around. There was great ocean and pool swimming at the resort but had to go elsewhere for snorkeling and surfing.
