Martinhal Beach Resort & Hotel is one of the finest luxury resorts in Europe. Situated in a stunning position overlooking Martinhal Beach and set within a protected National Park, the resort is located in Sagres on the unspoiled Western Algarve just over one hour from Faro International Airport.
Martinhal features a five star boutique hotel with 38 bedrooms, as well as a wide selection of 132 spacious Village Houses that are perfect for families. For those planning a larger gathering, there are also a number of privately owned Villas, featuring private pools and up to four bedrooms.
Facilities also include 3 restaurants and 5 bars, the Finisterra Spa, a gym, 4 swimming pools, 2 tennis courts and 2 padle-tennis courts, a multipurpose sports field, a creche and kids club and a gourmet shop with a take-away service.

Amazing service in a perfect setting
We had a great long weekend in Martinhal, with friendly service that was second to none. The location is very unspoilt and overlooks the beautiful Martinhal Bay. The hotel design is contemporary/designer, but at the same time relaxed. The children had a great time in the pools and playing on the beach. Any (self-created!) problem was fixed in a flash with a smile. The only major issues was that the trip was too short.
