good location, excellent staff
We have stayed at this hotel every easter for the past five years. During that time we have seen positive changes, from a very basic hotel needing an update, to a comfortable and very clean 2star hotel. The staff are excelent, friendly and helpful and the reception staff speak very good English. The rooms are basic but clean and have flat screen TV and plenty of hot water, though the beds are a bit hard. The rooms are small but are a good place to lay your head after a day in Porto. There is a metro station a few yards away to take you into Porto and various cafes around the neigbourhood that sell the most delicious cakes and coffee. We normally walk into Porto which is about 30min walk downhill, and not for the faint hearted as it is tough on the way back, but plenty of hostilaries to ease the journey. There are a few restuarants in the vincinty of the hotel but most of the cafes close at about 9pm. Good value for money

Excellent value, reasonable (but cold) breakfast included. Only 100m from the frequent metro link so the centre of Porto is reached in 20 mins from leaving the hotel. Quadruple glazing to windows of rooms on the main road so no problems with noise.

We've stayed at the Residencial Davilina a number of times over a number of years and always enjoyed our stay. It can get a bit noisy at times but it is on the main street and it's in a friendly area with good cafes, good food and always good coffee and pastries. The staff are always helpful and friendly. Unbeatable for the price. Recommended.

excellent value for money-bed
excellent value for money-bed linen and towels are changed daily-a service normally only available at 4 or 5* hotels. Continental breakfast(included) was more than acceptable,and the snack-bar and restaurant provided excellent food at a reasonable price. Transport links to central Porto are excellent,the metro is very close by.

Como favorable de este hotel,
Como favorable de este hotel, hay que decir que tiene conexión wifi gratuita, pero solo en la planta 2 y 0. El personal es muy amable, es muy barato y está bien comunicado. El desayuno continental no está mal. Como desfavorable que la cama es muy dura ( no tiene somier y tiene una tabla). La moqueta huele mal. Se oye un poco el tranvia.

Les chambres sont un peu veilles,
Les chambres sont un peu veilles, avec quelques traces de moisissures au plafond (elles mériteraient un rafraichissement). Le wifi n'est accessible que du RDC ou dans un endroit bien précis du deuxième étage. L'équipe est très sympathique et serviable. L'hôtel est idéalement situé pour ceux qui veulent visiter les caves à Vila Nova de Gaia, ou visiter Porto grâce à la proximité de la station de métro.

Hotel muy bien comunicado por metro con el centro de Oporto (4 paradas). Instalaciones un poco vetustas y habitaciones con los servicios minimos. Buen estado de limpieza y excelente calidad/precio.

W tej cenie to na pewno jeden
W tej cenie to na pewno jeden z najlepszych wyborów w Porto. Co prawda hotel znajduje się w Vila Nova de Gaia, to tuż pod hotelem zatrzymuje się metro, którym w ciągu 10 minut można dojechać do centrum Porto. Dodatkowo lokalizacja hotelu sprzyja wizytom w piwnicach różnych producentów win porto. Pokoje są czyste, obsługa miła, śniadanie dość proste, ale nie ma co narzekać ze względu na niską cenę samego pokoju.
