One week stay
The hotel is perfectly located in a safe area, close to many places of interest. The staff was fantastically friendly, as everyone everywhere in the town! The room was smaller than expected, but well kept and with a great bathroom. I was supposed to have a view on the inner garden, but do not expect anything close to it. It seems the whole block is under renovation, so you suffer from the noise and the workers' direct view into your room. There was no balcony (which would have been useless in such conditions anyway) and the windows were locked. Available channels on the TV are scarce. Breakfast is not included. I would advise to cross the street and go to any of the close bars which serve excellent and cheap breakfasts and menus. The wellness center of the hotel is worth the visit, though. I have had a great time there, enjoying all kinds of care provided by nice and attentionate people.

Feeling like Royalty in Porto
Extremely luxurious and well appointed room. The Staff was very will trained and congenial. The concierge staff made you feel very welcome and treated you like you were their only guest. You will be spoiled after you've stayed here.

Short walk from hotel
Take the 1day yellowline bus tour in the morning and get off at the Port Lodges in Vila Nova De Gaia. Start at the top at Taylors. Great tour, tasting and lunch with a view from the patio, then work you way down the hill with more wine tasting and return on the bus to Porto

Zentrale Lage, sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter/innen, Komfortable Zimmer, einzig das WLAN hat nicht immer 100% funktioniert... was man a er verkraften konnte... Darum im komfort ein Gut.

Parfait
Cet établissement est tout simplement parfait. Idéalement situé celui-ci permet de pouvoir visité tout les lieux culturels de la ville de Porto. De plus sa proximité de la station de métro permet d’accéder a l'aéroport en à peine 35 min. Les chambres sont tout simplement magnifiques et les prestations de l'hôtel à la hauteur d'un 5*. Ayant disposé d'une chambre coté "jardin" mais donnant en réalité sur la cours de l'hôtel et malgré quelques travaux s'y trouvant, nous n'avons pas eu de problèmes quand au bruit malgré un séjour à l’hôtel en semaine. Bref cet établissement est à recommandé tant par son confort que ses prestations...

ca peut etre bien pour les chambres coté rue
la chambre que ns avons eu devat donner sur un jardin et ca a donné sur un chantier en travaux avec bcp de bruit meme ma nuit donc cher par rapport ce que l on a paye un peu decu a ns avons mal dormi
