- Standard room has 1 Double bed and it offers facilities of electronic card key system and double security lock, full Marble bath with speaker, direct dial telephone with analogical fax/modem port and additional digital port in all suites. Rooms and suites with WLAN access also available upon request. Automatic Wake-up service (on the telephone), Colour TV with 18 Satellite channels, including all news channels and 2 audio channels (Radio and recorded music), Minibar, Hairdryer are also provided.
- Single
- City Single is a Individual Room (1 single bed) and it offers facilities of electronic card key system and double security lock, full Marble bath with speaker, direct dial telephone with analogical fax/modem port and additional digital port in all suites. One of the best I have stayed in
This hotel was a late choice, but we were very pleased with it. Centrally located, clean well appointed room, good varied breakfast, good buffet for dinner. We were on the 8th floor. The bar is on the 17th floor and has a superb view of the city and out to the coast. One snag - there is a bus terminus in the street outside and even on the 8th floor the noise of engines idling was noticeable. We only ate in the restaurant one night. The buffet was good but might get repetitive if you have it more than once. There was an a la carte menu too, though.

Short walk from hotel
Try the Cafe Guarany in the main Avenue Aliados. It does good meals and is also good for a coffee and sandwich.

More a 3 star than a 4 star hotel
More a 3 star than a 4 star hotel experience. I stayed 5 nights. Spacious room and comfortable bed and pillows, but with old tv. The remote control would turn off the tv but not turn it back on. "hot" breakfast limited to scrambled eggs and slightly warmed shredded bacon. Other breakfast selections were fresh and adequate. One hour free internet available in the business centre with key to unlock the booth available at reception. Location is fairly convenient to the old part of town, but you will need to walk uphill back to the hotel. Beware of the claim that the hotel is ´just around the corner´from Trindale Metro station - it can be a bit tricky to find if you are arriving the first time and/or at night. With luggage will take about almost 10 minutes. DM Hotel - fine for one or two nights. For longer, stay closer to the sites to save walking or spend more and enjoy a classier experience.

hotel vieux et trompeur par son classement
on est resté en couple pour nuit. l hotel est super vieux et les équipements sont très anciens. Ce n 'est certainement pas un 4 étoiles. le petit dejeuner n'est pas bon. A ne pas recommander

Kurz Trip in Porto
Wir waren 3 Tage in Porto, Hotel liegt zu Fuss in der Nähe vom Boehlo, und 20minuten von Ribeira.In der Nähe von vielen Restaurants,Cafes und Geschäfte. Grosses Standartzimmer mit grossen Bett und Tip Top Badezimmer.Einrichtung bissli alt. Frühstückbüffett hat alles was mann braucht,frischer Aufschnitt, Rührei mit Speck usw. 3 Kellner und ein Koch.Super Bar in der 17.Etage mit guter Live Musik am Wochenende.Preis Leistungsverhältnis auf jeden Fall erfüllt.

Sehr gute Verbindung weil nahe an Metro. toller Stadtüberblick von Sky-bar und Hotelzimmer/ Balkon ab 7.Stock. Sehr großes Superior-Zimmer. Frühstück o.k. Preis/Leistungsverhältnis bei Internetbuchung bzw. [diese Webseite] o.k.Etwas Straßenlärm (im 11.Stock), deswegen nachts Fenster geschlossen. Gute Klimaanlage. Taxi Hotel-Douro ca. 5 €.
