**100 percent non-smoking hotel** Situated in the town center of Oporto, classified as World Heritage, near the City Hall, Aliados avenue, Trindade underground station and S. Bento railway station. Because of its location, in the city center, our guests may visit the city of Oporto, World heritage, by foot or taking the historical trolley car Carmo/Guindais/Batalha. With 62 rooms, including four suites equipped with complete bathroom, air conditioning, mini-bar, satellite tv, hairdryer, safe and telephone, internet acess. Lobby bar and meeting rooms, well equipped for business meetings, congresses and incentives. Municipal car parking, garage, room service and laundry service.

Room was good size, no restuarant

Room was good size, no restuarant at hotel if you want to have a meal in evening only snacks. Bathroom supplies were not adequate e.g. soap, shampoo etc.; no shoe polish. Bit out of way from downtown. I will not grade it as 4star hotel. Staff was friendly and spoke good English.

Initially a little tricky to find,

Initially a little tricky to find, but great location overall. Breakfast was not huge, but more than enough. Our room was quite substantial and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, and we were able to get a hot sandwich late on the night we arrived. Would stay again.

El alojamiento esta muy cerca

El alojamiento esta muy cerca del cenro historico. El personal muy muy amable. El hotel esta bien, aunque tiene coas un poco deterioradas, como el secador o la alcachofa de la ducha (nimiedades) El desayuno excelente.

It's a little bit tricky to find

It's a little bit tricky to find the hotel for the first time, but it's all good afterwards. We arrived very late in the evening (11pm) but the receptionists were very friendly and helpful. The lounge bartender was even willing to make us a club sandwich although the bar literally closed in 5 minutes. As we didn't do any preparation on travel in Porto, we have been asking the reception loads of questions everyday. They were kind enough to check and print our itinerary without us asking! Brilliant staff and made my stay in Porto wonderful. Yes, breakfast is good as well: wide range of bread, fresh fruits, cereal, cold cuts, scramble eggs, bacon. Start my day perfectly during my stay. Although the hotel is a little old (the decor is like it's in the 60s/70s), but it's clean and tidy. I will definitely be happy to recommend people to stay in this hotel.
