HotelVIP Executive Madrid/Suites Marques
I had made reservations for Hotel Madrid back in April. When we got there Cheaptickets had failed to forward the confirmation to the Hotel. The Hotel staff was friendly enough and helped us out by putting us in a partner Hotel on the same block. I have since contacted cheaptickets in this matter but haven't received a reply/apology. While I can recommend both Hotels I can't say the same about cheaptickets. I think this might be our last trip with this travel agency.

Clean and comfortable. Friendly staff and good breakfast. Shame about the hordes of package tourists who invaded the breakfast room at 7:30. The walls are thin, so you may have to put up with noisy neighbours.

La ubicacin es bastante buena,
La ubicacin es bastante buena, a un paso de Marqus de Pombal, en un barrio tranquilo en el que es fcil aparcar. La habitacin es cmoda y amplia, aunque conviene asegurarse al entrar que no hay ruidos extraos. En la nuestra sonaba un motorcillo toda la noche que puede llegar a ser molesto. El desayuno es variado, tanto en dulce como en salado, y el personal muy amable. Todos hablan espaol.

L'Hotel ne correspond absolument
L'Hotel ne correspond absolument pas aux standards d'un 4 étoiles ! à peine 3 étoiles et encore ! On ne change même pas le linge de la salle bains tous les jours, et le linge est en très mauvais état, (vieux)la moquette des couloirs est sale et tâchée, les chambres singles sont très petites, la salle de bains est presque aussi grande ! très mauvaises adresse!

La situación no es mala. Hay una
La situación no es mala. Hay una parada de Bus muy muy cerca, aunque se puede ir al centro dando un paseo. Las habitaciones son buenas y el desayuno es bastante variado y abundante. Las rampas del parking son muy estrechas, con un coche grande hay que tener cuidado.
