Good, but many things anounced are not available.
Good, but NO transfer to airport as mentioned, no free Wifi in rooms as mentioned in the all cheapthickets hotel reviews - for the price - acceptable.

Good value overall
Nice, clean, modern, great value. Location is below average - far away from the touristy spots. But Lisbon is compact enough, and cabs are relatively inexpensive....so overall, a good value!

VIP Grand Lisboa Hotel & Spa
this was my first visit to Lisbon and i enjoyed my stay very much! The hotel was conveniently located and the rooms were comfortable and modern. the staff was friendly and helpful, however i feel they could have done a bit more in my particular situation. I had prepaid for 3 nights but ended up staying for two. Since i could not get a refund i feel i should have been offered some kind of compensation (perhaps a complementary internet even), but none was offered.

Great business hotel
Close to airport, far from port/main city attractions (in a relatively small city, not too bad). Very clean, HUGE room, extremely modern and clean. Very cool, would definitely stay again. Nice Hermes products in the bathroom.

The parisian
What an experience ....
The air conditioning broke inside the closet of our room. We find out the evening when we got back from a day trip, no message from the staff, no apologies, not a word, even worse, at the frontdesk they didn't even know what was going on, they told us we didn't have a room, because the keys were not working any more.... We thought it's was kind of rude, not a "5*" hotel for sure, even if they clean some of our clothes (they were hanging in the closet).

Really good japanese restaurant. About the second restaurant, as a main course, I choose Fish and Saint Jacques (scallops), well ... I am still looking for the Saint Jacques.

Hotel très bien placé à Lisbonne.
Hotel très bien placé à Lisbonne. On entend pas des bruits (Bonne insonnorisation des chambres). Par contre les chambres sont un peu petites pour deux personnes, surtout pour ranger les valises. Il n'y a pas non plus des supports pour poser les valises pour éviter de se pencher jusqu'au sol. Sinon le cadre (les espaces) est très agréable, personnels à niveau. Un vrai 5*. J'ai passé un très bon séjour. Merci

En terminos generales es un buen
En terminos generales es un buen hotel y el servicio muy bueno. El unico comentario es que ocacionalmente salta la alarma contraincendio sin razon aparente.

Ottimo Hotel, perfettamente collegato
Ottimo Hotel, perfettamente collegato con il centro città. Utilizzo gratuito della SPA (bagnoturco, sauna e piscina). Personale discreto e gentile.
