Great for the price
The hotel is located in the Expo area, which is a 25 minute bus ride/15 min cab ride away from the "Old town" (Baixa), and a good 45 mins away from Belem via train. Expo area is the new side of the city which was built for the world expo in 1998 and is very modern, has lots of cafes and restaurants, younger crowd, and is right on the water. The hotel was within a walking distant of the water front, Lisbon oceanarium, Arte Lisboa, and a 5 Euro cab ride away from the airport. Great location, it was a great deal for $80! The only shortcoming was the staff...they can be a little short and unhelpful at times. Internet is not complimentary!

GOOD BUSINESS HOTEL
I attended an international conference in the nearby Atlantico conference center. The hotel is located In a mixed residential -business neighborhood in the northern part of Lisbon. It is about 10-15 min walking distance from the Atlantico and the Oriente transportation and shopping center. It was a convenient place to stay, although the facilities , bathroom , TV are a bit fading ,but the bed was comfortable and after a long working day it was an excellent place to rest.

Do not buy a Lisbon card, but buy a multiday unlimited ride ticket at the Oriente Metro station and hop on and off on any public transportation service. 24 hrs is about 7 Eu. The city cehter is a reasonable metro ride away.

Frequent Work and Pleasure Traveler
Just okay
The selling point of this location for me was its proximity (5 minute walking distance) to the Atlantic Pavilion, where I was attending an event. In that regard, it met my expectations. In many regards though, particularly customer service-related aspects, this hotel needs a lot of work. Rooms are spare. I needed to write a quick note, and realized that the room had neither pens nor paper. Traveling with electronic equipment, as we now nearly all do, I'd hoped to charge from the room, but there was no international adapter provided (I travel about 3 months of the year internationally through Asia, Pacific, Africa and Europe and adapters in the rooms of decent hotels are now pretty standard). Not a problem, I figured, I'd just get one from the front desk. They didn't have them and the person I spoke with couldn't point me in the direction of the nearest store from which to buy one. The property has no gym, and again, the hotel staff wasn't very helpful in finding one in the area. I had to sort this out on my own also. Finally, I'd wanted to mail postcards, but was told that the front desk didn't sell postage. Really? Minor details possibly, but when they aren't met, these things quickly become annoyances that take time out of your day. In terms of cleanliness, the room was serviced by housekeeping well and the room was clean.

The room was good. Room needed
The room was good. Room needed a little maintenance, wooden floors and wall were scratched, but nothing too serious. Great view of the river. Ask for a view of the river or else you could end up getting a view of the train tracks. I recommend this Hotel. Clean and comfortable with good services. Good value for money.

The hotel is close to Lisbon oriental
The hotel is close to Lisbon oriental station with 5-10 minutes walk distance from the train and metro station (depending how heavy your luggages are). Some of the suites are facing the sea. The building is very modern and clean and in generall facilities are quite new.. room is comfortable however it is a bit noisy if your room is facing west where trains will pass by your window during the early mid-night. But it is not too bad as we still can manage to get into sleep. You have to purchase internet voucher to access to the web at the price of 3 euros per hour, not so bad.

Generally happy with the hotel.
Generally happy with the hotel. Within walking distance from Oriente train station and metro. Also close to park and shopping center. The map I printed from website was not correct. The hotel locates at the intersection of Rua J. Pinto Ribeiro (the left turn on Dom Joao II avenue when exiting Oriente station).

The hotel was very clean and the
The hotel was very clean and the staff friendly and very efficient. The decor however was depressing for a 4 star hotel; the reception area was dark and dismal and the overall impression gloomy. The bedroom was spacious , but again on the stark side. The hotel is situated very close to a large shopping center and a short walk to Orient train station.

Excellent Value
The Hotel was full and I had a very early arrival as I was traveling international from the US. The normal check-in is around 3PM and I arrived around 8AM. They were kind enough to supply complimentary wi-fi access for me to start working. In addition they kept an eye on checkouts and immediately cleaned and organized a room so I would not have to wait. I was very tired at that point. This is an excellent hotel for the business traveller near the water and airport. Approximately a 7,00 Euro taxi to the hotel and about 10,00 euros to old Lisbon.
