Clean hotel. Staff pleasant, but
Clean hotel. Staff pleasant, but not smart (I asked for a quiet room and was given one just opposite the lift, so that I heard people coming and going). The breakfast was good, but costs an extra 10 euro.

A very comfortable overnight stay
A very comfortable overnight stay in a well located hotel which offers good value. Will stay there again on my next visit to Lisbon.

very nice hotel
there was a problem with a free wi-fi, otherwise it was a wonderful place to stay. breakfast was great, it was quite far from dontown but was at the first stop for hop-on hop- off busses. by the way, do not get tickets for lisbon sightseeing bus, get portugal sightseeing or yellow bus. a very clean hotel.

Reasonable Hotel
We stayed here for one week and it was fine, nothing exceptional, but fine. In-room wifi worked well, beds were comfortable, room was clean and quiet. Two things (lamp shade and toilet button) were broken when we got the room and they were fixed quickly after we reported them. Lighting in the room was dim so it was hard to read (the beds have a special reading light, but it isn't all that bright). Only real problem was the shower leaked around the glass door and water puddled up under the sink. Located near two subway lines, several bus lines, several cafes/restaurants, a laundry, a small shopping mall, and a few museums.

The hotel location is perfect you just have to walk about 4 minutes to the nearest subway station ( called parque). Very friendly staff, they gave me information and even show me directions to important places to visit, this was a pro because it was my first time in Lisbon. The breakfast was awesome, is a self serve buffet.

if you are planning to visit all the attractions of the city at a low cost ( meaning not take the touristic bus) i recommend to buy in the subway the "7 colinas pass" which includes tranvia, bus, train and even the city's elevators. I bought it for 4 days and i paid €20.5

Under the city
Nice rooms, okay breakfast buffet, friendly staff BUT Lisbon is a city on levels and the street that this hotel is on is well below the street level of most restaurants, etc. Some cabbies had problems finding it. If you don't mind climbing hills and don't expect a really unusual breakfast, this is a very nice hotel.

Decent Hotel for the Money
This hotel is, as advertised, a nice hotel in a decent location. Rooms are modern and attractive, and it has a decent bar that also serves food. The location is literally a couple blocks from Marques da Pombal square, and Liberty Avenue - from that perspective it's very good. It is not in what you would call an active neighborhood, with lots of places to eat, drink and be merry. That requires a bit of a walk or a cab ride. The AC minimum temperature is 16 celsius, and for us one of two things is true: either that's still too warm for us or it doesn't really get that low. And we lived most of our lives in Florida, so we're accustomed to heat. That made it a bit unpleasant and difficult to sleep a couple of nights. Also, don't expect concierge service at this one - staff can help with minor inquiries, but they aren't full service by any means.
