Accueil peu chaleureux

Premier contact avec le personnel à la réception, froid et sans sourire (féminin) Deuxième contact, un peu mieux et 1 personne parlant français Restaurant de l'hôtel, prix correct et très bon En général, accueil un peu froid partout, malgré une très belle ville à ne pas manquer Trams, funiculaires magiques !

Tous les restaurants sont abordables, le vin et le café pas chers. Très bonne cuisine
