Good hotel in a convenient location north of city center on two metro lines
This is a good business class hotel with pleasant rooms and a convenient location near the Gulbenkian Museum and El Cortes department store. It is a 5 minute walk (200 meters) to the Sao Sebastio metro station, which is on the red line to the airport and blue line to the city center. A good discount made this hotel a great value.

VERY AVERAGE
The hotel was in a nice location but a 1/2 hour walk from all of the action. Plenty of buses and subways to use though. Room was basic and clean. The free breakfast had a nice assortment.

Awesome
While I was in Portugal I went to Sintra, Bixia (the center of town), and walked around the city near the hotel. It was amazing! Sintra is absolutely beautiful and the castles are just amazing. The trip was fantastic and it was very very easy to get around. The hotel was located in an excellent area and was not far from anything. It was very quiet and beautiful.

Great location, service, large rooms
Each time I entered the lobby, I was cheerfully greeted. The staff all spoke English and went way above and beyond my expectations. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The hotel even kept my huge piece of luggage in a locked room when I went to Porto for several days. The restaurant and bar are very nice, and my room had a great view! Be sure to ask for a mini-refrigerator & A/C, if available.

It is such a short walk to the gardens, and the surrounding tour buses will pick you up at the hotel. Ask the concierge on duty; they all have good ideas. I really hated to leave this hotel!!

Friendly staff-great accomodations
The Real Parque Hotel in Lisbon has just about everything you could want! 2 grocery stores in close walking distance; close to the metro station; tour information and pick-up at hotel. Great breakfast buffet & coffee/pastry/full meals in the snackbar. Everyone was extremely polite and helpful! Easy access to any type of transportation in and around the city. Room was SPOTLESS & furniture was very nice. There's even a minibar (refrigerator). Close walking distance to a number of other restaurants. I don't think I'd return to Lisbon, unless I could get a room at the Real Parque Hotel!

Booking Hotels Based on Honest Reviews
Hotel was very clean and extremely quite. The staff was most helpful and all spoke excellent English which helped as I speak no Portuguese at all. The room was quite large and wireless internet is available. The free breakfast was better than any I've had in the US and the bistro had excellent food at the other meals.

Great staff
We had planned to stay for eight nights and return on April 20th however the Volcano eruption changed all that. when we were unable to return home the staff offered to extend our stay and even reduced the nightly rate!They called the airport for us to check on our flight even tried to make alternate flight arrangements. The entire staff at this hotel is totally dedicated to making your stay as carefree as possible.

Hôtel 4 étoiles qui ressemble plus à un 3. Hôtel vieillissant. Déco à revoir, fissures sur certains murs de ma chambre. Téléviseur cathodique avec qualité d'image limite. Chauffage qui chauffe peu. Qualité des produits alimentaires moyenne. Seul l'emplacement est correct. Petite rue calme à proximité du métro et du fameux centre commercial El Cort Ingles (équivalent du printemps/galeries lafayette) Bref, des détails anodins mais qui ont leur importance lorsqu'on prétend être un 4 étoiles.
