Comfortable and elegant room with a view
This is a lovely small boutique hotel. My room was on the top floor (4th) with a wall of windows facing the beautiful view of Lisbon to the sea. The room was large with a sitting room and marble bathroom. Lovely furnishings and immaculate. Great breakfast, but only bar food - sandwiches and omlettes. Nearest restaurant is not close, but interesting location just below the old castle in old town. I would stay there again.

Lisboa with a castle setting
The staff was very quiet but helpful when asked. Sitting on top of the hill and having to walk or take tram #28 up or down was exhilerating and crazy..in a good way. Wear your walking shoes.

Lovely hotel, elegant and comfortable
We stayed at the Hotel Olissippo Castelo for one night before leaving on a cruise. The location was perfect for visiting the Castello San Jorge, and the room was roomy with plenty of space for reorganizing our luggage in preparation for sailing. Room was very comfortable and beautifully decorated as well.

Séjour inoubliable
L'hôtel est très bien situé car dans le vieux Lisbonne quartier de l'Alfama, et à 2 pas du Castelo (Château) Sao Jorges. Le personnel est très agréable, le petit déjeuner est succulent et varié. Avec tous ces paramètres je suis sûr que vous passerez un séjour très agréable. Patricia

Long walk from hotel
Promener vous à pied car les monuments ou autres sites qu'il ne faut pas rater sont facilement accessibles à pied, ainsi vous perdrez moins de temps pour vous garer.

Bien mais il faut savoir se servir du tramway
Hôtel très calme avec une jolie vue sur la ville. Personnel accueillant, efficace et polyglotte. il est facilement accessible avec le tramway 12, à 5 mn à pied des restaurants de l'Alafama et des boites de fado. Il est possible que, si les voisins manque de discrétion on soit gênés. Chambre très grande et confortable. Il faudrait de temps en temps passer l'aspirateur sous les lits mais, je chipote.

Sehr schönes und gut gelegenes
Sehr schönes und gut gelegenes (Alfama) Hotel. Nur die Wände zwischen den Zimmern könnten besser gedämmt sein.

Sehr ordentliches, sauberes, gut
Sehr ordentliches, sauberes, gut geführtes Haus. Großes Zimmer im 2.OG mit gr. Terrasse. Sauberses Bad mit zu wenig Häge-möglichkeiten - auch im Eingang keine Garderobe/Haken o.ä. Effizienter Empfang und professionelles handling an der Rezeption. Lage ruhig und "nahe zur Stadtmitte" aber zu Fuß nur über viele Stufen zu erreichen (nach einem Tag Besichtigungen > sehr beschwerlich) oder über steile Straßen durch eines der ärmsten Viertel. Taxis fahren gerne Umwege. Buffet-Frühstuck frisch, gut und reichlich.
