fantastic, only fault pool didn't open until april, it was march and nearly 30c. staff were very friendly and helpful, would stay again. food in restaurant was perfect, breakfast and evening meal. a lovely hotel. free wi fi. lots of super bock.

Nicely located.
I went to the palace of Sintra on a day out, I thought the palaces of Versailles was really good, but Sintra is something else, we also visited Fatima & Nazare, lovely day, but you would want a full day in Sintra. The river cruise on the Tagus is very nice. Overall great trip.

Great Hotel!
We went on vacation to Lisbon for a few days. Our stay was great thanks to the efficient and courteous staff at the hotel. It is close to the metro (cheap) to go downtown. Close to the rail and bus station. Transportation is inexpensive. Taxi to and from the airport between 10-12 euros. Taxi to the Rossio plaza is 6 euros where you can do your shopping for clothes, leather jackets/purses and dinning.

Dinning at the hotel can be expensive ($18 euros pp). If it's raining, etc, it is worthwhile. Their buffet dining has a large variety of foods and desserts. Everything is fresh! Otherwise go to the Rossio plaza - lots of inexpensive dinning in that area and check the next plaza for more restaurants.

Good location, price and breakfast
Good location with clean room and excellent breakfast. [...] with the check-in desk was very experienced and helpful to provide some local infromation. It took us almost 30 minutes to have the billing statment issued by the ladies with the check-out counter on our departure. I think they were lack of experience with their computer. Overall, the staff were very helpful and friendly.
