Friendly professional hotel
Hotel is nicely situated within walking distance of tourist activities. Rooms are modern but small. For example, there is practically no space to store or open your bags. Bathroom is luxurious and nice but suitable only for couple stay.

High concept, no substance
Design concept was interesting - but very poorly and cheaply built. We used the spa/gym and it was a nighmare. First, the showers in the men's changing room smelled mildly like sewage. But - the steam room smelled so badly of sewage that no one could use it. It was disgusting. Then, after our sauna, we went to the men's changing room and discovered our key did not work and we were locked out! In a bathing suit and nothing else, I had to walk out and take the elevator to my room while my friend waited at the changing room (our stuff was locked inside). I called the front desk and they sent someone to let me friend into the changing room - but not even an apology for what was a very embarrassing experience. The shower in the room was extremely poorly conceived. It is open to the bedroom - I mean, actually open - no doors. And there is no place for toiletries in the shower - so the entire bathroom was a wet mess after each shower. [...]

L'albergo offriva la camera che ho pagato ad Hotel Club 128Euro le prime due notti e 150Euro la terza notte, a 99Euro!!!! Che grande affare mi ha fatto fare HotelClub.....
