The Avenida Park Residencial, located on the Eduardo VII Park and just steps from Avenida da Liberdade, is an affordable option in Lisbon. great location on a Metro (5 min.

great location on a Metro (5 min. walk) which goes directly to the Expo shopping mall, 10 minutes walk to the town center. Clean small rooms and good room service. Internet wifi at affordable rate (5 EUR/24h). Breakfast very basic, just bread, cheese, ham, coffee and something that looks like a orange juice :-)

Iloinen yllätys!

Hintaan nähden emme olleet odottaneet todella näin hyvää,siistiä ja viihtyisää hotellia sekä erittäin palvelualtista ja miellyttävää henkilökuntaa. Kun jonain päivänä palaamme takaisin niin valitsemme varmasti saman hotellin. Hyvä matka paljon nähtiin mut paljon jäi näkemättä!

Ei vaativalle

Huono äänieristys. Esim oven yläreunassa selvä rako, käytävän valo näkyi huoneeseen. Yleisilmeeltään tosi siisti. Netin käyttö maksullista.

"Kylmä" aamupala oli hyvä, tee oli kuumaa :)

Kaikki sujui. Hintaansa nähden riittävän laadukas. Henkilökunta kohteliasta ja auttavaista, paitsi yksi jöröjukka-respalainen, joka otti meidät vastaan keskiyöllä. Hän repäisi omista matka-asiakirjakopioistani hotellivarausta koskevan sivun, eikä varmaan ymmärtänyt siitä sanaakaan. Pitäisiköhän siinä tulosteessa olla myös englanniksi kirjoitettu kohta, siis tärkeät varaustiedot englanniksi? Muutoin kaikki sujui todella hienosti. Taksi tilattiin lähtöaamuksi klo 6.00 ja sekin oli paikalla jo klo 5.50. Aamupala oli riittävän runsas :)

Que d'humidité!!!!

l'hotel est bien placé avec les transports en commun qui desservent toute la ville. L'hotel souffre néamoins d'un gros problème d'humidité, trace de moisissure sur les murs chambre plus salle de bain... Nos vêtements sentent au bout de deux l'humidité de la grotte de "Roquefort". Ce problème gâche vraiment la prestation globale de l'hôtel.

Sehr gut für Städtereisen

Wer ein reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet will, ist hier falsch. Für uns hat es vollkommen gereicht.

Envoyées sur un autre hôtel

Nous n'avons pas pu séjourner dans cet hôtel ; il y avait un problème de fuite d'eau à l'étage où nous devions être logées. Nous avons été emmenées dans un autre hôtel dans le Baixa , l'hôtel Duas Naçôes. Ce dernier était bien situé mais très bruyant #portes fenêtres laissant passer l'air et le bruit# #beaucoup de travaux dans la nuit dans les rues avoisinantes#. Nous avons été déçues de ce changement imprévu.
